The way he inspired us independently is so metaphorically similar to the way he saw this City
Yesterday felt incredibly heavy, but I left Reese's services feeling joyful and in some ways excited.. excited about the ways we will all work to honor his memory and the good we will continue doing because of the chord he struck in us all.
I was so flattered (and surprised!) when he asked me to be a part of Forge Columbus in a bigger way. I never saw myself the way Reese saw me. The way he inspired us independently is so metaphorically similar to the way he saw this City - a vision not yet realized, but one within the realm of possibility if we encourage one another and dream together.
As we explore the infinite ways we will remember him, please join the Kiva Team that will honor Reese's legacy. These loans fill a crucial lending gap and give small businesses and start ups the capital they need to thrive. He was so passionate about this work and the necessity to bring good jobs to our local economy. It's a great place to start #ForgeOn
